Relationships can be challenging and go through testing times. If communication breaks down, couples can be left confused and stuck. Partners can often feel lost and alone or angry and overwhelmed.
Psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space in which couples and individuals can explore why their relationship has become troubled. By looking at what lies behind the relationship difficulties, paying attention to the past and the present, it is possible to gain a better understanding of the existing dynamic in order to bring about change.
I work in private practice with couples and individuals, providing both long-term and short-term once weekly therapy sessions in a safe environment. I trained in couple and individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships in London and my work is clinically supervised and confidential.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their code of ethics.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for a consultation. An initial meeting gives us an opportunity to meet without commitment other than the fee for the consultation.
Due to the current situation, I am for now only offering sessions on Zoom.
